Auberge L'Etape

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are absolutely first rate. One of the nicest rooms we've ever had.

The renovated rooms are really nice, clean and the bedding is comfortable! The breakfast in the morning is great. A REALLY great deal for hotels in this area. We stopped here at both the beginning and the end of our road trip. Staff is nice as well and will give you a good deal on your room if you ask. I'll be back!

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and a yummy help-yourself continental breakfast complimentary to guests! And check was out at noon. Perfect

It was a great and wonderful experience I had at Aubsrge L'Etape the soft and welcoming staff and the unique facilities they have indeed they are the best.

We where just passing true, but decided to stop. From outside it dont look to appeling as it it older but you see new windows. So fugured why not. And we wheren't desapointed. Nice big clean rooms with upgrades. Keurig, fridge and microwave available. Big showers and yes you fit 2. Lack of water pressure but other then that we loved it.

Had a really nice time last Friday at Auberge L'Etape. Rooms were newly renovated, Continental breakfast was enough to get our group going, and the front desk gentleman helped us order food from a neighbouring restaurant as our French isn't so great. Will stay here again without any hesitation.

I have being staying at L'Etape for a number of years and have always been happy with my stay. This year (2022) they have done a number of renovations throughout and have done them well. They have done a very hi-tech theme with advance electronics and new LG flat screen TV's. Very handy were the number of in-bult hi-capacity USB chargers, so if your like me and forgot your phone charger but always remember the cable, you can still charge your devices.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent service from reservation to checking out. Antoine was accommodation. His experience with customer service is definitely showing. I had an issue with the smell of the room I had and without any hiccups made me visit 3 other rooms until I picked the one I was satisfied. Initially thinking it was smoke smell, it seems to be stale air combined with the carpet smell and detergent used to clean it. Indeed the room have no air vents, at least the economy room I had, only a single small window with AC. The room was clean, carpeted with TV, sofa, round table and surprisingly spacious for the price paid which as 120$ taxes included in early September. The room is dated though design wise and you can feel where they cut the cost, even the toilet paper is very thin and rough. The continental breakfast is included and as a plant based eater, I was surprised it had every option available. I had Quaker instant oats, fruit salad, two bagels with peanut butter and orange juice. Overall worth the price however it is very far from touristic places such as Mont-Tremblant if you plan to stay the night.
